mission
As Jesus gathered and discipled, He intended to ensure that the mission He had been sent to do would continue. And so He sent His disciples out, first in pairs locally, then in force globally. Jesus said, "Go."
Mission means being on purpose— intentional about taking the Gospel of the Kingdom wherever needed. Mission means to multiply community and discipleship where none exists. We’ve done it near together—it’s time to take it far. We are the hearts and hands of Jesus to the nations. This isn’t scratch-n-sniff. We must go to experience God’s heart for the world. |
