hey parents...

We believe we're here to fulfill the Great Commission—to make disciples. We believe this generation of young people are looking for more than just attending a weekly church service. But to become everything God intends for them to be, they need help. And, as parents ourselves, we also understand that it can be hard to let go.

If your son or daughter is considering being a part of CDM, then we know we're standing upon the love and sacrifices you’ve made as their parents. Yet the wise parent knows that their children can further develop if given the right opportunities.

We're not here to replace you—never could, and we wouldn't even try. Yet we do see our part to serve alongside you to invest in your child's life. We are both humbled and sober as we undertake to strengthen your child's faith and help direct them into a richer adulthood. We both want the very best for them as they pursue to love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.

Trust is not instant, and must be earned. It requires a lot of time and communication. Distrust can ruin relationships when we neglect to communicate, or jump to conclusions. We welcome the opportunity to talk with you at any time if there arise issues or concerns you may have. We all have times when we need to vent and will look for sympathy when life gets difficult.

So, if that happens, let's talk! We're not afraid of conflict. In fact, in Christ, we know that problems or trouble are simply opportunities for growth. "All things work together for good..." So instead of avoiding it, let's gain all we can from it!
